Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and recruit relevant KOLs/influencers aligned with brand values
- Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns across social platforms
- Negotiate contracts and manage influencer relationships
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and ROI
- Monitor industry trends and competitor strategies
- Coordinate with creative teams for content development
- Prepare monthly performance reports for stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in KOL/influencer marketing
- Strong network of local/regional influencers
- Proficiency in social media analytics tools
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Creative campaign development abilities
