Are you passionate about the intersection of fashion, social media, and influencer marketing? Asoka Fashion is looking for a creative and results-driven KOL Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team in Jakarta Barat.
In this role, you will be the bridge between our brand and the most impactful voices in the fashion industry. You will play a pivotal role in amplifying our brand presence, driving engagement, and converting community interest into measurable sales. We are seeking someone who stays ahead of TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube trends, understands how to craft a compelling brief, and is comfortable negotiating with talent to ensure high-quality content delivery.

Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and prospect high-potential KOLs and influencers that align with Asoka Fashion's brand identity.
- Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns, from initial outreach and contract negotiation to creative brainstorming.
- Develop detailed content briefs to ensure influencer output meets brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
- Monitor campaigns in real-time, tracking performance metrics such as reach, engagement, and conversion rates.
- Maintain a structured database of influencer contacts and build long-term relationships with key partners.
- Coordinate closely with the internal creative team to ensure content alignment and timely campaign execution.
- Provide regular reporting and performance analysis on KOL campaign effectiveness to the management team.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a KOL Specialist, Social Media Manager, or similar role within the fashion or retail industry.
- Deep understanding of the influencer landscape in Indonesia, particularly on TikTok, Instagram, and Shopee Video.
- Proven ability to negotiate terms and manage budgets effectively.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to write clear, inspiring briefs.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Data-driven mindset with experience using social media analytics tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
