Tanggung Jawab
- Identify, evaluate, and recruit Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and affiliate partners relevant to our brand and target audience
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with KOLs and affiliates to ensure effective collaboration and campaign execution
- Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across various platforms to maximize brand exposure and engagement
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for optimization
- Optimize sales conversion through strategic influencer partnerships and affiliate programs
- Stay updated with current trends in digital marketing, influencer marketing, and affiliate programs
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment of KOL campaigns with overall marketing strategy
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in KOL/Influencer marketing or affiliate program management
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and strategies
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital advertising tools
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Fluency in both Indonesian and English is preferred
