Are you a passionate trendsetter with an eye for influencer marketing? PT Balance Business Technology is seeking a creative and data-driven KOL Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team in Jakarta Utara. In this role, you will be the bridge between our brand and the most influential voices in the digital space.

You will be responsible for scouting, negotiating, and managing relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and influencers to amplify our brand presence. The ideal candidate is someone who understands the digital landscape in Indonesia, possesses excellent communication skills, and is capable of turning creative collaborations into measurable marketing results. Tanggung Jawab

  • Identify and reach out to potential influencers and KOLs across various platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube).
  • Execute end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns, from initial outreach to content delivery and performance tracking.
  • Negotiate fees and collaboration terms while maintaining cost-effectiveness and brand alignment.
  • Brief influencers on campaign objectives and ensure all deliverables meet quality and compliance standards.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze engagement metrics, and prepare detailed reports on ROI.
  • Build and maintain a strong, sustainable database of influencers for long-term partnerships.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, platform algorithm changes, and competitor activities to optimize strategies.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 1 year of professional experience in KOL management, influencer marketing, or social media agency.
  • Strong understanding of Indonesian social media trends and the local influencer landscape.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using analytics tools to track campaign performance and audience insights.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to provide fresh ideas for content collaborations.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
