Are you a creative trendsetter with a passion for influencer marketing? Aroma Prima Livindo is seeking a dynamic and results-driven KOL Specialist to join our growing marketing team in Tangerang. In this role, you will be the bridge between our brand and the vibrant world of digital creators.
As our KOL Specialist, you will spearhead our influencer marketing strategy, identifying the right talent to amplify our brand voice. You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of influencer campaigns, from initial outreach and negotiation to performance tracking and relationship building. Tanggung Jawab
- Identify, research, and outreach to potential KOLs, influencers, and content creators across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Develop and execute innovative influencer marketing campaigns that align with brand objectives.
- Negotiate contracts, briefs, and deliverables to ensure cost-effective and high-quality collaborations.
- Build and maintain long-term, positive relationships with a diverse network of influencers and agencies.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (ROI, engagement rates, reach) to optimize future strategies.
- Coordinate product seeding and creative content requirements with the internal creative team.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest social media trends and influencer marketing best practices to keep the brand ahead of the curve.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media management, or PR.
- Deep understanding of the Indonesian influencer landscape across major social media platforms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Creative thinker with an eye for high-quality content and brand storytelling.
- Highly organized, capable of managing multiple projects and timelines simultaneously.
- Fluency in Indonesian and English is preferred.
