Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and recruit high-impact KOLs/influencers aligned with brand values
- Develop and execute end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns
- Negotiate contracts and manage influencer relationships
- Monitor campaign performance and ROI metrics
- Create compelling content briefs for KOL collaborations
- Coordinate with talent management agencies
- Analyze market trends to optimize influencer strategies
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year experience in KOL or influencer marketing
- Established network with KOLs, talent agencies, and creators
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
- Proficiency in social media analytics tools
- Campaign development and execution experience
- Excellent communication and project coordination abilities
- Understanding of Indonesian digital landscape and trends
