As our KOL Specialist, you'll develop and execute comprehensive influencer marketing strategies that align with our brand objectives. Tanggung Jawab
- Identify, research, and establish relationships with relevant influencers, content creators, and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in Indonesia
- Develop and execute comprehensive influencer marketing strategies that align with brand objectives and target audience
- Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns, including content briefs, campaign coordination, and performance tracking
- Negotiate partnership terms, contracts, and deliverables with influencers and agencies
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging platforms to identify new opportunities
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide detailed reports with actionable insights
- Maintain and update the KOL database with detailed information on potential and existing partners
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent brand messaging across all influencer partnerships
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in influencer marketing, KOL partnerships, or digital marketing
- Proven track record of successful influencer campaigns with measurable results
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Deep understanding of the Indonesian digital landscape and social media platforms
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign metrics and ROI
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in using social media analytics tools and campaign management platforms
