Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and evaluate potential Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) across various platforms and industries
- Develop and execute KOL engagement strategies aligned with company marketing objectives
- Manage relationships with KOLs, including contract negotiations and campaign coordination
- Create compelling content in collaboration with KOLs that resonates with target audiences
- Monitor and analyze KOL campaign performance metrics to measure ROI and effectiveness
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging platforms to identify new KOL opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing team to integrate KOL campaigns into overall marketing strategy
- Prepare regular reports on KOL campaign performance and provide insights for optimization
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in KOL marketing, influencer relations, or digital marketing
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing trends
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to identify and evaluate potential KOLs based on brand alignment and audience relevance
- Experience in creating and executing successful KOL campaigns
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance data
- Fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English is required
