Tanggung Jawab
- Identify, evaluate, and establish partnerships with relevant KOLs across social media platforms
- Develop comprehensive KOL marketing strategies aligned with brand objectives
- Manage end-to-end campaign execution from concept to post-campaign analysis
- Create engaging, on-brand content in collaboration with KOLs
- Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with KOL partners
- Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports on KOL engagement metrics
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging platforms for potential KOL collaborations
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all KOL partnerships
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in KOL marketing or influencer relations
- Proven track record of successful KOL campaign execution
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical abilities with experience in measuring campaign ROI
- Familiarity with Indonesian social media landscape and trending platforms
