Tanggung Jawab
- Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with top-tier and micro-influencers across various social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube).
- Develop and execute innovative KOL campaign strategies tailored to specific brand goals and target audiences.
- Coordinate end-to-end campaign workflows, from initial outreach and brief development to content approval and final delivery.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics (ROI, reach, engagement rate) and prepare comprehensive reports for stakeholders.
- Maintain a structured database of influencers, ensuring consistent communication and long-term partnership cultivation.
- Collaborate with the creative team to ensure content alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with current social media trends, viral content, and competitor influencer activities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media management, or a similar KOL-focused role.
- Strong understanding of the Indonesian influencer landscape across major social platforms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport easily.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in analyzing social media metrics and using reporting tools.
- Creative thinker with a strong eye for content quality and digital storytelling.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and proficient in English.
