Are you a beauty enthusiast with a passion for digital storytelling and influencer marketing? Ella Skin Clinic is looking for a creative and detail-oriented KOL Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team in Surakarta.
In this role, you will be the bridge between our brand and the vibrant community of beauty influencers. You will be responsible for end-to-end influencer management, starting from identifying potential partners, crafting engaging briefs, and coordinating collaborations, to monitoring performance metrics to ensure our brand remains top-of-mind. Tanggung Jawab
- Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with beauty influencers and content creators (micro to macro).
- Develop and communicate detailed creative briefs that align with Ella Skin Clinic’s marketing campaigns and brand identity.
- Negotiate collaboration terms, contracts, and compensation to ensure cost-efficiency and ROI.
- Coordinate product shipments, campaign timelines, and content delivery schedules.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of influencer campaigns using key KPIs (reach, engagement, conversion, and sentiment).
- Maintain a database of potential KOLs and track trends in the beauty industry to stay ahead of the competition.
- Ensure all influencer content meets quality standards and complies with brand guidelines.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media management, or digital marketing within the beauty/skincare industry.
- Deep understanding of the influencer landscape, especially on platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with experience in tracking campaign metrics and reporting.
- Creative thinker, highly organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
