Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and research potential Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and influencers within the Mandarin-speaking market.
- Manage and nurture relationships with KOLs to ensure seamless collaboration and high-quality deliverables.
- Coordinate with creative and content teams to develop engaging campaign concepts and briefs.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide detailed reports on KOL engagement and ROI.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends in social media, digital marketing, and influencer culture.
- Assist in organizing events and activations involving KOLs to enhance brand visibility.
- Communicate effectively with KOLs and internal stakeholders to align on project goals and timelines.
Kualifikasi
- Fluent in Mandarin (Native or near-native proficiency is highly preferred).
- Strong command of English (professional business level).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media management, or public relations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced setting.
- Deep interest and understanding of social media trends and digital content consumption.
- Relevant degree in Marketing, Communication, or Business Administration is a plus.
