Are you a digital native with a passion for influencer marketing and affiliate growth? PT Citra Alam Aromindo is looking for a driven KOL Spesialis / Affiliate Spesialis Intern to join our dynamic marketing team in Tangerang. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in identifying, onboarding, and collaborating with key opinion leaders and affiliates to amplify our brand presence and drive conversion metrics.
This internship is designed for individuals who are eager to learn the ins and outs of modern digital performance marketing. You will gain hands-on experience in market research, partnership negotiation, and campaign performance analysis, working closely with our experienced marketing professionals to achieve measurable growth.
Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and prospect high-potential KOLs and affiliates that align with our brand identity.
- Conduct deep-dive research into influencer engagement rates, audience demographics, and market trends.
- Assist in the onboarding process of new affiliate partners and maintain strong relationships with existing collaborators.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of affiliate marketing campaigns to optimize ROI.
- Provide regular reports on campaign progress, tracking key metrics such as clicks, conversions, and reach.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop high-performing content briefs for our partners.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in the Indonesian social media landscape (TikTok, Instagram, etc.).
Kualifikasi
- Currently enrolled as a student or a recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Deep understanding of the influencer marketing landscape and affiliate platforms in Indonesia.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in using social media platforms and familiar with digital marketing tools.
- Proactive, creative, and highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for brand building and digital performance growth.
