Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise production line teams to achieve daily/weekly output targets
- Enforce SOP compliance and quality control protocols throughout manufacturing processes
- Monitor production KPIs and implement process improvements for efficiency
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (maintenance, quality assurance, logistics)
- Conduct shift briefings and ensure safety standards are maintained
- Manage inventory control for raw materials and finished products
- Train and develop team members on production techniques and safety procedures
Kualifikasi
- Minimum S1 degree in Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years experience in manufacturing leadership roles, preferably in food industry
- Strong knowledge of production processes and quality management systems
- Proven ability to manage teams and meet production targets
- Experience with SOP implementation and regulatory compliance (BPOM, Halal)
- Advanced problem-solving skills and data-driven decision making
- Proficient in production planning software and MS Office applications
