Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies and promotional campaigns to increase brand visibility.
- Coordinate closely with the sales team to ensure alignment with company objectives and target audiences.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer feedback to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare and analyze regular sales reports, marketing metrics, and performance dashboards.
- Manage the distribution of marketing collateral and ensure all materials are up-to-date and brand-compliant.
- Organize and participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and company events to generate leads.
- Support client relationship management by coordinating follow-ups and feedback collection.
- Utilize CRM software to track leads and campaign effectiveness.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in sales coordination, marketing support, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and SEO best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and create actionable insights.
