Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Korean.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive tone.
- Provide accurate product and service information to Korean-speaking customers.
- Update and maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate supervisors or technical teams.
- Meet daily and monthly KPI targets regarding call handling and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service processes.
Kualifikasi
- Fluency in Korean (Native or Fluent level) with excellent written and verbal skills.
- Good command of English communication skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- Previous experience in BPO or Customer Service is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a rotational shift schedule including night shifts.
- Proficient in using computer applications and CRM software.
