Tanggung Jawab
- Manage day-to-day financial operations and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
- Coordinate with Korean-speaking stakeholders to facilitate financial transactions and reporting
- Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions
- Implement process improvements to enhance financial operations efficiency
- Lead and mentor junior finance staff, providing guidance on financial best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial planning and decision-making
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to senior management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA is preferred
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in finance or accounting
- Fluency in both Korean and English languages (written and verbal)
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards
- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Strong leadership abilities with experience in team management
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
