Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement AI-powered learning and development strategies aligned with business objectives
- Lead the design, development, and delivery of training programs for BPO operations
- Analyze performance data and learning metrics to identify improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with department heads to assess skill gaps and create targeted learning solutions
- Manage the adoption of new technologies and processes through comprehensive change management initiatives
- Oversee the L&D budget and ensure optimal utilization of resources
- Stay current with AI trends in learning and development and implement innovative approaches
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of L&D programs using KPIs and analytics
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years in Learning and Development, with at least 2 years in AI-related initiatives
- Proven experience in BPO or contact center environment
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
- Experience with learning management systems and AI-powered learning tools
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Strong analytical abilities with experience in data-driven decision making
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
