The Opportunity
As an L&D Systems & Technology Officer, you will sit at the exciting crossroads of Human Resources and Information Technology. You will take full ownership of our learning technology ecosystem. Your primary focus will be ensuring the seamless operation of our Learning Management System (LMS) and other digital platforms, while also identifying opportunities to innovate and enhance the user experience. You will work closely with seasoned L&D professionals, instructional designers, and business leaders to deploy cutting-edge, technology-enabled training solutions that drive business results.

In your first year, you will have successfully optimized our current systems for peak performance, reduced technical downtime by implementing robust support protocols, and launched at least two major digital learning initiatives. Tanggung Jawab
- Administer and manage the organization's Learning Management System (LMS), including user management, course assignments, content uploads, and system configurations.
- Provide first-line technical support to learners and facilitators, troubleshooting issues related to learning platforms and digital tools.
- Collaborate with the L&D team to design, test, and deploy technology-enabled training programs (e-learning, virtual classrooms, blended learning).
- Generate and analyze learning reports and dashboards to track training effectiveness, completion rates, and user engagement.
- Evaluate and recommend new learning technologies, tools, and features to enhance the employee learning experience.
- Maintain data integrity and security within the learning ecosystem, ensuring compliance with company policies and data privacy regulations.
- Lead or participate in system upgrades, testing, and integration projects related to the L&D technology stack.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and standard operating procedures for learning systems.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Human Resources, Education Technology, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in LMS administration, corporate training technology, or HR systems support.
- Hands-on experience with major Learning Management Systems (e.g., SumTotal, Cornerstone, SAP SuccessFactors, Moodle, Docebo, or similar).
- Strong understanding of SCORM and xAPI standards for eLearning content deployment and tracking.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to partner effectively with various stakeholders across the organization.
- Familiarity with eLearning authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Vyond) is a strong advantage.
