Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive Learning & Development (L&D) strategies aligned with business goals.
- Design, facilitate, and evaluate training programs covering leadership development, soft skills, and technical competencies.
- Partner with department heads to conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and identify performance improvement opportunities.
- Lead organizational development initiatives, including succession planning, change management, and culture building.
- Oversee the administration of the Learning Management System (LMS) and track training ROI.
- Provide coaching and mentorship to staff to enhance team performance and employee engagement.
- Drive internal communication strategies to support HR policies and organizational values.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in L&D, Organizational Development, or a generalist HR role with a heavy focus on training.
- Strong facilitation and public speaking skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Proven track record in designing and implementing end-to-end OD frameworks.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in HR analytics and reporting to demonstrate the impact of L&D initiatives.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
