In this pivotal role, you will be the architect of our learning ecosystem, designing impactful training programs and driving organizational effectiveness through strategic HR initiatives.

As our L&D HR Lead, you will bridge the gap between business objectives and human capital development. You will work closely with leadership to identify skills gaps, implement performance management frameworks, and foster an environment of continuous improvement and collaboration. Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive Learning & Development (L&D) strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Design, facilitate, and evaluate training programs covering leadership development, soft skills, and technical competencies.
  • Partner with department heads to conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and identify performance improvement opportunities.
  • Lead organizational development initiatives, including succession planning, change management, and culture building.
  • Oversee the administration of the Learning Management System (LMS) and track training ROI.
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to staff to enhance team performance and employee engagement.
  • Drive internal communication strategies to support HR policies and organizational values.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in L&D, Organizational Development, or a generalist HR role with a heavy focus on training.
  • Strong facilitation and public speaking skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Proven track record in designing and implementing end-to-end OD frameworks.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in HR analytics and reporting to demonstrate the impact of L&D initiatives.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
