In this role, you will be the driving force behind the success of our healthcare campaigns, ensuring that our team members are not only proficient in our products but are also equipped with the best-in-class knowledge to serve our clients effectively.
You will be responsible for bridging the gap between complex healthcare technologies and practical operational application. Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and deliver high-impact training programs tailored to healthcare and health-tech campaign requirements.
- Conduct needs analysis to identify knowledge gaps and create targeted coaching interventions.
- Facilitate onboarding and product-specific training sessions for new hires and tenured staff.
- Maintain and update training documentation, ensuring all materials are accurate and compliant with healthcare industry standards.
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through KPIs, performance metrics, and feedback loops.
- Collaborate with operations and quality assurance teams to align training initiatives with business goals.
- Mentor employees on product updates, workflows, and best practices to enhance overall team performance.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as an L&D Trainer, Product Trainer, or SME in a Healthcare or HealthTech BPO environment.
- Proven track record of facilitating training in both virtual and classroom settings.
- Strong understanding of healthcare terminology, HIPAA compliance (or local data privacy laws), and clinical workflows.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Proficiency in instructional design methodologies and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and turn it into actionable training content.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
