Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain OS environments including Linux/Windows Server installations and configurations
- Deploy, configure, and optimize virtual machines using VMware, KVM, or Hyper-V hypervisors
- Monitor system performance using tools like Nagios, Zabbix, or SolarWinds
- Troubleshoot infrastructure issues including hardware failures, network problems, and software conflicts
- Implement automation scripts for routine tasks using Ansible, PowerShell, or Bash
- Document system configurations, procedures, and incident reports
- Collaborate with L2/L3 engineers for complex issue escalation and resolution
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience with system administration and virtualization technologies
- Proficiency in Linux/Windows Server administration and command-line interfaces
- Hands-on experience with hypervisor platforms (VMware ESXi, KVM, Hyper-V)
- Understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VLANs, DNS, DHCP)
- Basic scripting skills (Bash, PowerShell, or Python)
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
