Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide first-level technical support for banking applications, systems, and infrastructure
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues across banking platforms
  • Deliver remote and on-site technical assistance to banking clients
  • Document all incidents, solutions, and preventive measures
  • Collaborate with L2/L3 teams for complex issue escalation
  • Monitor system performance and security protocols
  • Conduct user training on banking software and security practices
  • Implement ITIL best practices in service delivery

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma/Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
  • 1-3 years experience in IT support, preferably banking/finance sector
  • Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux OS, networking, and security fundamentals
  • Experience with banking systems (Core Banking, Payment Gateways) is advantageous
  • Excellent troubleshooting and customer communication skills
  • Relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, ITIL) preferred
  • Ability to work independently and in team environments
  • Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
