In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our critical storage and infrastructure systems, ensuring that our internal operations run smoothly and efficiently.

As an L1 Support Engineer, you will be responsible for monitoring system health, triaging technical issues, and ensuring timely resolution or escalation of tickets. This is an excellent opportunity for an IT professional to grow their skills in enterprise-level storage environments and infrastructure management while working in a fast-paced environment.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide first-level technical support for enterprise storage and core infrastructure systems.
  • Monitor system performance and availability using enterprise-grade monitoring tools.
  • Triage, document, and track incoming technical incidents via our ticketing system.
  • Perform routine health checks and maintenance tasks on server and storage hardware.
  • Escalate critical issues to L2/L3 engineering teams according to established SLA protocols.
  • Generate and submit regular incident reports and system status updates.
  • Maintain clear and accurate documentation for standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Assist in the deployment of hardware updates and infrastructure patches.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in IT Helpdesk, Technical Support, or Infrastructure operations.
  • Foundational knowledge of storage systems (NAS/SAN) and server infrastructure.
  • Basic understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software connectivity issues.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues clearly.
  • Strong proficiency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
  • Ability to work in a rotating shift or support a contract-based operational schedule.
