Join the Municipal Government of San Miguel, Iloilo as a Labor and Employment Officer II and contribute to fostering equitable labor practices in the Bicol Region. Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor compliance with labor laws and regulations in municipal operations
- Mediate employee-management conflicts and workplace grievances
- Prepare labor compliance reports and documentation for regulatory bodies
- Conduct workplace investigations and recommend corrective actions
- Advise municipal departments on labor policy implementation
- Coordinate with regional labor offices on enforcement matters
- Develop labor-related training programs for municipal staff
- Represent the municipality in labor dispute hearings
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Labor Studies, HR Management, Law, or related field
- At least 2 years of labor/employment experience in government sector
- Civil Service eligibility (Professional/Sub-Professional level)
- Deep knowledge of Philippine Labor Code and DOLE regulations
- Strong mediation and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in labor case documentation and reporting
- Ability to interpret complex labor legislation
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
