- Implement and maintain labor relations systems to ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Act as primary liaison between management and employees to resolve workplace issues
- Conduct thorough investigations into employee grievances and disciplinary matters
- Facilitate negotiations between management and employee representatives
- Develop and deliver training on labor relations best practices for managers
- Monitor labor trends and recommend proactive strategies to improve employee relations
- Prepare documentation for labor hearings and arbitration proceedings
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Industrial Relations, Human Resources, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in labor relations or HR compliance role
- Deep knowledge of Philippine Labor Code and DOLE regulations
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Certification in Labor Relations (e.g., CLE) preferred
- Experience with collective bargaining negotiations
