As a Labor Relations Manager in our BPO environment, you'll be responsible for maintaining positive relationships between management and employees, ensuring fair treatment, and addressing workplace concerns proactively. You'll develop and implement effective labor relations strategies, negotiate collective bargaining agreements when necessary, and represent the company in labor-related meetings and hearings.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the HR Labor Relations team, providing mentorship and direction
- Advise management and staff on local labor laws, HR policies, and compliance matters
- Develop and implement effective labor relations strategies and initiatives
- Handle employee grievances, investigations, and disciplinary actions
- Represent the company in labor meetings, negotiations, and hearings
- Monitor and ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies
- Collaborate with HR team on employee relations issues and policy development
- Prepare reports on labor relations activities and metrics for leadership
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in labor relations, preferably in BPO environment
- Deep knowledge of Philippine labor laws and regulations
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution abilities
- Proven experience in handling employee grievances and disciplinary actions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced BPO environment
