Join Palawan Pawnshop as a Labor Relations Specialist and become a key architect of our positive workplace culture. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage employee relations cases including grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
- Ensure strict adherence to DOLE regulations and company HR policies
- Develop and implement labor compliance programs and training initiatives
- Advise leadership on labor law implications and organizational best practices
- Represent the company in labor hearings, negotiations, and union communications
- Conduct workplace investigations and maintain accurate documentation
- Collaborate with HR team on policy development and employee engagement strategies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in labor relations or employee relations role
- Deep knowledge of Philippine Labor Code, DOLE regulations, and jurisprudence
- Certified Labor Practitioner (CLP) or SHRM-SCP preferred
- Excellent negotiation, mediation, and conflict resolution skills
- Strong analytical abilities with attention to legal compliance details
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
