- Mediate and resolve employee grievances through fair investigation and negotiation
- Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and company policies
- Develop and implement labor relations strategies to enhance workplace harmony
- Collaborate with management on labor contract negotiations and administration
- Conduct training sessions for supervisors on labor law compliance
- Monitor labor market trends and recommend proactive policy adjustments
- Prepare reports on labor relations metrics and employee satisfaction
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Law, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in labor relations or HR management
- Deep knowledge of Philippine Labor Code and DOLE regulations
- Certification in Labor Relations (e.g., CPM, PHR) preferred
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Experience in manufacturing or automotive industry preferred
- Excellent analytical and documentation abilities
