Solarvest Holdings Bhd. is a leading player in the solar energy sector, and we are looking for a highly motivated Land Management Executive to join our expanding team in Petaling Jaya. In this critical role, you will be the driving force behind our land acquisition strategy for utility-scale solar projects.
As a Land Management Executive, you will navigate the complexities of land development, from initial identification and feasibility assessment to successful acquisition and stakeholder management. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including legal, engineering, and project management, to ensure our project pipeline remains robust and compliant. If you possess excellent negotiation skills and a strong grasp of local land regulations, we want to hear from you.
Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and evaluate potential land sites for utility-scale solar project development.
- Lead land acquisition negotiations with landowners, agents, and local authorities.
- Manage end-to-end lease or purchase agreements, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
- Coordinate with internal technical teams to conduct site feasibility and due diligence assessments.
- Engage and build strong relationships with stakeholders, including government bodies, local communities, and landowners.
- Maintain an organized pipeline of potential land assets to support the company’s growth targets.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on land status, risks, and acquisition progress for management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Land Surveying, Urban Planning, Law, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in land acquisition, property management, or project development.
- Strong understanding of local land laws, zoning regulations, and property development processes in Malaysia.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to interpret land titles, survey plans, and legal documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
- Willingness to travel locally as required for site visits and meetings.
