Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct accurate land surveys and measurements for diverse construction projects.
- Interpret civil engineering plans, maps, and technical drawings to establish project boundaries.
- Utilize advanced surveying equipment (Total Station, Theodolite, GPS, etc.) to perform site inspections and topographic mapping.
- Calculate precise dimensions, elevations, and site layouts required for foundation and structural work.
- Maintain detailed records, field notes, and digital survey data for project reporting.
- Collaborate with architects, project managers, and contractors to address site-specific challenges.
- Ensure all survey activities comply with local land regulations and safety standards.
Kualifikasi
- Graduate of Geodetic Engineering or a related Civil Engineering/Construction discipline.
- Licensed Geodetic Engineer is highly preferred.
- Minimum 1-2 years of field surveying experience in a construction environment.
- Proficiency in modern surveying tools and software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, etc.).
- Strong mathematical aptitude and meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for site coordination.
- Ability to work effectively in outdoor field conditions.
- Willingness to be based in Sual, Pangasinan.
