Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct precise land surveys and site measurements using advanced equipment such as Total Stations, GPS/GNSS receivers, and laser scanners.
- Analyze survey data, perform complex mathematical calculations, and produce detailed topographical maps, site plans, and CAD drawings.
- Ensure all survey activities comply with local land laws, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Collaborate closely with project managers and site engineers to provide accurate setting-out points and site benchmarks.
- Monitor site progress through regular inspections and report potential discrepancies to the engineering team.
- Maintain and calibrate surveying instruments to ensure optimal performance and accuracy.
- Prepare comprehensive survey reports and documentation for project audits and client submissions.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Geomatics, Land Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in land surveying within the construction or infrastructure sector.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and surveying software packages.
- Strong understanding of coordinate systems, GIS, and modern mapping techniques.
- Ability to interpret complex blueprints and engineering designs.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel to various project sites across Selangor as required.
