Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits to ensure compliance with the Workplace Safety and Health Act and related regulations.
- Lead and coordinate Risk Assessment (RA) exercises for various operational activities, ensuring all hazards are identified and controlled.
- Conduct safety induction programs and specialized training sessions for employees and subcontractors to enhance safety awareness.
- Investigate any workplace incidents or near-misses, providing detailed reports and recommending corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Manage and maintain the company's WSH management system in accordance with ISO 45001 and BizSafe requirements.
- Liaise with government authorities (MOM, NEA, SCDF) and external auditors on safety-related matters and certifications.
- Monitor the issuance and proper usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) across all work sites.
- Support the WSH Committee in organizing safety-related events, campaigns, and monthly meetings.
Kualifikasi
- Possess a Diploma in Workplace Safety and Health or an equivalent professional qualification recognized by MOM.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience in the construction, manufacturing, or ready-mix concrete industry.
- In-depth knowledge of the Singapore Workplace Safety and Health Act and Environmental Public Health Act.
- Certified WSH Officer or Level B Safety Coordinator certification is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical skills with a meticulous eye for detail in safety documentation and reporting.
- Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced field environment.
