Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and execute comprehensive site safety management programs aligned with OSH regulations
- Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments across all project areas
- Develop and deliver targeted safety training programs for employees and subcontractors
- Investigate workplace incidents, near-misses, and hazardous conditions to determine root causes
- Monitor and enforce compliance with safety policies, procedures, and legal requirements
- Implement corrective actions and preventive measures to eliminate safety hazards
- Maintain accurate safety documentation, records, and incident reports
- Collaborate with management to promote continuous safety improvement initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Safety Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in construction safety management role
- Valid OSH Practitioner/Officer certification from DOLE or accredited institution
- Strong knowledge of Philippine OSH Standards (DOLE Order 198-08) and construction regulations
- Certified in incident investigation techniques and risk assessment methodologies
- Proven ability to develop and implement safety training programs
- Excellent communication skills with ability to train diverse personnel
- Proficiency in safety documentation systems and reporting tools
