- Lead cross-functional project teams through all construction phases from planning to completion
- Develop comprehensive project plans including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
- Enforce strict safety protocols and compliance with construction regulations
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to ensure on-time delivery
- Manage stakeholder communications and client relationships throughout the project lifecycle
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality control assessments
- Oversee subcontractor coordination and vendor management

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management
- Proven track record of managing building projects from conception to completion
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian construction codes and safety regulations
- Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, AutoCAD, BIM tools)
- Certified Project Professional (PMP) or equivalent qualification preferred
