Join Metropolitan Land as a Surveyor Staff and play a pivotal role in shaping our construction projects through precise land measurement and boundary determination. You'll conduct comprehensive land, topographic, and boundary surveys to establish exact points, lines, elevations, and contours of project sites using advanced surveying instruments and technologies. Your expertise will provide critical data for engineering teams, ensuring infrastructure development meets both regulatory requirements and design specifications. This position offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects across Manado while contributing to sustainable urban development in North Sulawesi.
Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct precise land surveys to determine property boundaries and topographic features
- Operate surveying instruments including total stations, GPS equipment, and laser levels
- Analyze field data using specialized software to create accurate maps and contour models
- Prepare detailed survey reports and documentation for engineering teams
- Verify existing land records and resolve boundary discrepancies
- Collaborate with civil engineers and project managers on site planning
- Ensure compliance with local surveying regulations and industry standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Geomatics, Surveying Engineering, or Civil Engineering
- Minimum 2 years of experience in land surveying or related field
- Proficiency in surveying software (AutoCAD Civil 3D, GIS, Trimble Business Center)
- Certification in surveying practices from recognized institution
- Strong mathematical aptitude and spatial reasoning skills
- Ability to work in outdoor environments with varying terrain conditions
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical problem-solving abilities
