Geoland TYY is seeking a dedicated Land Surveyor to join our expanding team in Kuala Lumpur. In this role, you will play a critical part in the lifecycle of our construction projects, ensuring that all spatial data, site measurements, and boundary definitions meet the highest standards of precision and regulatory compliance.
The successful candidate will work closely with project managers, engineers, and site teams to facilitate seamless site preparation and construction progress. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct precise land and site surveys using advanced surveying instruments such as Total Stations, GPS/GNSS, and digital levels.
- Prepare, interpret, and maintain accurate survey data, site maps, and topographic plans.
- Collaborate with construction teams to perform site set-outs, ensuring all structures are positioned according to design specifications.
- Ensure full compliance with local land authority regulations and building site safety protocols.
- Monitor and verify site conditions to identify potential deviations from project plans.
- Maintain and calibrate survey equipment to ensure optimal performance and measurement accuracy.
- Prepare comprehensive survey reports for project stakeholders and provide technical support during project planning phases.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Land Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of proven experience in construction surveying or land surveying roles.
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD) and survey data processing software.
- Strong understanding of survey principles, mathematics, and topographic data analysis.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills to interact effectively with site contractors and clients.
- Ability to work in outdoor site environments and travel to various project locations within Kuala Lumpur.
- A valid driver's license and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
