We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Land Surveyor to join our elite engineering team. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct precise land and topographic surveys using advanced instruments like Total Stations, GPS/GNSS, and 3D laser scanners.
- Establish and maintain primary and secondary control points for large-scale construction projects.
- Perform as-built surveys and provide accurate survey data for infrastructure site planning and execution.
- Prepare detailed site plans, maps, and reports using CAD software to support engineering design and progress tracking.
- Collaborate with construction teams to set out building positions, drainage, and utility alignments with high precision.
- Monitor site movements and ground stability in accordance with safety and environmental regulations.
- Review survey data and troubleshoot discrepancies to ensure 100% project integrity.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Land Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of relevant experience in construction or civil engineering projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and survey data processing software.
- Strong technical expertise in operating modern survey equipment (Total Station, Auto Level, GNSS).
- Ability to interpret complex blueprints and engineering drawings.
- Willingness to work in a dynamic site environment at Changi Airport.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
