Are you a detail-oriented professional seeking a challenging role in the construction and engineering sector? We are looking for an experienced Land Surveyor to join our dynamic team in Teluk Panglima Garang, Selangor. In this pivotal role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the accuracy of project specifications and site development.
As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting precise land surveys, performing construction layout and staking, and verifying site coordinates. You will collaborate closely with engineers and site managers to interpret project drawings and ensure all construction activities adhere to the required specifications. Your expertise in topographic surveys and site assistance will be essential to the successful delivery of our projects.
Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct land surveys and topographic mapping to determine site characteristics and boundaries.
- Perform construction layout and staking to guide excavation and building processes.
- Verify and check coordinates of existing structures and proposed developments.
- Assist site engineers and project managers with daily on-site technical support.
- Prepare and maintain accurate survey records, reports, and drawings using CAD software.
- Operate and maintain surveying equipment, including Total Stations and GPS units.
- Ensure all surveying work complies with local construction standards and safety regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Surveying, Geomatics, or Civil Engineering.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in land surveying within the construction industry.
- Proficiency in using surveying instruments such as Total Station, Theodolite, and GPS.
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD or other drafting software.
- Familiarity with Malaysian construction standards and site layout procedures.
- Valid driving license is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
