Citiwall Engineering Pte Ltd is seeking a meticulous and highly skilled Land Surveyor to join our growing team, stationed in Taipei. This role is perfect for a professional who thrives in dynamic construction environments and possesses a keen eye for precision. You will play a critical role in the lifecycle of our projects, ensuring that all spatial data, site measurements, and layout designs adhere to the highest engineering standards.
As our on-site representative in Taipei, you will collaborate closely with local stakeholders, project managers, and civil engineers to maintain project momentum and accuracy. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct precise land and site surveys using advanced surveying equipment including Total Stations, GPS/GNSS, and 3D laser scanners.
- Prepare accurate site plans, topographical maps, and survey reports for engineering and construction teams.
- Perform site analysis, layout, and control network establishment for infrastructure projects.
- Collaborate with the local Taipei project team to interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Ensure all survey data is processed and recorded in accordance with industry regulations and company protocols.
- Perform field calculations and cross-verify measurements against design specifications.
- Manage and maintain survey instruments to ensure calibration and operational readiness.
- Provide technical support and guidance to construction crew members regarding site positioning.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Land Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in construction or land surveying roles.
- Proficiency in surveying software such as AutoCAD Civil 3D, Leica Geo Office, or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of geometric calculations and topographical mapping.
- Ability to work independently while stationed abroad and effectively manage on-site timelines.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Physically fit and comfortable working in various outdoor field conditions.
- Professional certification or registration with a relevant professional body is highly preferred.
