Tanggung Jawab
- Lead landscape projects from planning through completion, ensuring all aspects meet design specifications and quality standards
- Manage contractors and vendors to ensure work is performed efficiently, on time, and within budget constraints
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets for landscape construction and maintenance projects
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate landscape elements into overall property designs
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to maintain project timelines
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation for all landscape projects, including plans, reports, and financial records
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in landscape management or similar role
- Strong knowledge of landscape design principles, plant materials, and construction techniques
- Proven experience managing contractors and overseeing landscape construction projects
- Excellent project management skills with ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency with landscape design software and project management tools
- Certification in landscape management or related field is a plus
