Are you an experienced leader in the landscaping industry? Urban Green Landscape SDN BHD is seeking a dedicated Landscape Site Supervisor to oversee our exciting projects in Sungai Buloh. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of construction and landscaping sites, ensuring that high-quality standards are met on time and within budget.
As a Site Supervisor, you will act as the bridge between the project management team and the on-site workforce. Your expertise will ensure smooth operations, from coordinating with contractors to managing labor resources effectively. We are looking for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and can lead a team to deliver exceptional outdoor spaces.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily operations and workflow at the project site to ensure efficiency.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and external contractors to align on project goals.
- Monitor project progress and timelines to ensure deadlines are consistently met.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and site regulations to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Manage and supervise the landscaping team, assigning tasks and providing guidance.
- Conduct regular quality control checks on materials and finished landscaping works.
- Handle on-site documentation, daily reports, and material inventory management.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding project updates and site conditions.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-3 years of proven experience in landscaping or construction site supervision.
- Diploma or Certificate in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, or Construction Management.
- Valid Site Supervisor Certificate (SKM/IKM) is an added advantage.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Good knowledge of local landscaping techniques, plant species, and construction materials.
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Valid Malaysian driving license.
