Tanggung Jawab
- Set up, operate, and maintain manual or CNC lathe machines to perform turning, facing, and threading operations.
- Read and interpret complex technical blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications.
- Select and install appropriate cutting tools, fixtures, and attachments for various manufacturing tasks.
- Monitor machine operations to ensure accuracy, detect malfunctions, and make necessary adjustments to machine settings.
- Perform quality control inspections using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with industrial safety regulations.
- Document production activities and report any deviations from project specifications to the production supervisor.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience as a Lathe Operator or in a similar machining role.
- Strong knowledge of metal properties, cutting speeds, and feed rates.
- Ability to accurately interpret technical blueprints and engineering documentation.
- Proficiency in using precision measuring tools to ensure parts meet tight tolerances.
- Strong commitment to safety protocols and a disciplined work ethic.
- Ability to work a full-time schedule (Monday to Saturday) effectively.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new machining technologies and processes.
