Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily laundry operations including sorting, washing, drying, and finishing processes
- Conduct staff briefings and provide training on equipment operation and quality standards
- Ensure timely completion of guest laundry, dry cleaning, and pressing services
- Manage inventory control and supply ordering for laundry chemicals and consumables
- Enforce safety protocols and maintain cleanliness in laundry facilities
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
- Prepare operational reports and performance metrics for management review
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years experience in laundry operations with supervisory exposure
- Strong knowledge of textile care processes and equipment maintenance
