Tanggung Jawab
- Receive and inspect incoming laundry items for damage or special handling requirements.
- Perform precise tagging and labeling of garments to ensure 100% tracking accuracy.
- Organize tagged items into specific categories for washing, drying, and ironing departments.
- Maintain clear and accurate digital or physical logs for every customer order.
- Communicate effectively with the processing team regarding urgent or special-care items.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the tagging station at all times.
- Assist in final quality control checks before items are packed for customer delivery.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
- Disciplined work ethic with the ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) strictly.
- Physical stamina to handle standing and repetitive movements throughout the shift.
- Good verbal communication skills in Indonesian.
- Basic computer literacy for logging order information (preferred).
- Reliable, punctual, and capable of working effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Must be based in or willing to commute to Bali.
