Tanggung Jawab
- Review and draft contracts, agreements, and corporate policies ensuring legal compliance
- Advise management on regulatory changes and mitigate legal risks across business operations
- Monitor adherence to environmental sustainability laws and corporate governance standards
- Conduct legal research and provide guidance on Indonesian commercial and labor regulations
- Coordinate with external legal counsel and regulatory authorities as needed
- Develop training materials to enhance legal awareness across departments
- Manage legal documentation and maintain compliance records
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Law (S.H.) from accredited Indonesian institution
- Minimum 3 years experience in corporate law or regulatory compliance
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian commercial code and environmental regulations
- Certified legal professional membership (PERADI) preferred
- Proficient in legal research tools and contract management systems
- Excellent analytical and negotiation skills
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
