Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct professional consultations with clients and prospective clients to understand their legal needs.
- Provide expert legal briefings and guidance to internal team members and firm staff regarding ongoing cases.
- Analyze legal documents, contracts, and case files to identify potential risks and strategic opportunities.
- Draft, review, and negotiate legal agreements and formal correspondence on behalf of clients.
- Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and relevant court proceedings as required.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Indonesian legislation and regulatory changes affecting our practice areas.
- Develop and implement effective legal strategies to resolve disputes in the best interest of the client.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law (S1 Hukum) from a reputable university.
- Possession of a valid Advocate license (PERADI) is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of professional experience in a law firm or corporate legal department.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Proficiency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Proven ability to lead and mentor junior team members.
