Tanggung Jawab

  • Coordinate the day-to-day material management activities, including tracking, auditing, and distribution of office supplies and diplomatic assets.
  • Manage procurement processes for goods and services, ensuring compliance with embassy financial policies and local regulations.
  • Maintain accurate inventory databases, conducting regular stock takes and reconciliation reports to prevent discrepancies.
  • Liaise with external vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure timely delivery and quality of service.
  • Oversee the maintenance and logistics of embassy equipment, ensuring all items are functional and accounted for.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and briefings for management regarding material assets and expenditure.
  • Implement process improvements for inventory control and logistics to maximize operational efficiency.

Kualifikasi

  • Completion of a post-secondary degree or diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in administrative support, inventory management, or procurement.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
  • Demonstrated experience in vendor relationship management and negotiation.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic embassy environment.
