Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end accounts payable operations for operating and overhead expenses
- Lead, mentor, and develop the accounts payable team to ensure optimal performance
- Implement and maintain robust internal controls for invoice processing and payment authorization
- Resolve vendor discrepancies and negotiate favorable payment terms
- Reconcile vendor statements and conduct regular audits for compliance
- Generate financial reports and analytics for management decision-making
- Collaborate with procurement and finance departments on process optimization
- Ensure adherence to accounting standards and regulatory requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of accounts payable experience with 2+ years in leadership role
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and Microsoft Excel
- Proven track record in process improvement and team management
- Strong analytical skills with attention to financial detail
- Excellent vendor management and negotiation abilities
- Knowledge of Philippine accounting standards and tax regulations
