Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable Python-based ERP modules and features.
- Mentor and guide junior developers and engineers, conducting regular code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
- Architect efficient backend solutions and database structures to support high-traffic enterprise applications.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers and designers, to define technical requirements and roadmaps.
- Optimize application performance, database queries, and system architecture to ensure seamless user experiences.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide architectural guidance during critical phases of the development lifecycle.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to propose innovative solutions for our clients.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a Lead Developer or Senior Python Developer role.
- Strong proficiency in Python (Django, Flask, or FastAPI) and relational databases (PostgreSQL or MySQL).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker and Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of software design patterns, RESTful APIs, and web security principles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in an agile, fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
